This stuff cleaned the gunk that I couldn't see. I clean my shower weekly but kept noticing a weird slimy feel on the grout. I used this stuff yesterday, let it sit for a few minutes and then used my scrub daddy sponge. When I rinsed it clean clumps of gunk (not grout) was rinsing down. I can only imagine what it was, some kind of mold most likely. I have dark gray grout. I am ordering another bottle for the downstairs bathroom.

This stuff is amazing! I spot tested it on the floor tile in my kid's bathroom. It was such a noticeable difference I ended up having to do the entire bathroom floor. Our grout is white and it cleaned and brightened it right up. Easy to use - just spray it on, leave it for a few minutes, scrub with a tile brush, and wipe off with a towel - very effective! I'll be trying it out on the shower next! Great value for the money.

I’m a fan of Zep products! The Miracle Grout Cleaner cleaned my grout pretty good, but it wasn’t as effective as I was hoping. After scrubbing away for about 20 minutes and not getting the wanted results, I decided to try a cream cleanser I’ve been using to clean my bathrooms. I applied each product, waited 3 minutes, then scrubbed each grout line 20 times. (Soooo scientific!). The CIF product did a better job and didn’t need any more scrubbing like the Zep line did. Cons-the CIF is more expensive. Overall, the Zep product works, it just took a reapplication and additional scrubbing on my grubby grout!

Happy to have this product. The first picture with a red round label shows a grout before using this spray. The second picture with a green label shows the grout after cleaning using this spray.There are no areas in this house with something sticking in a grout because I mop the floor every week using diluted white vinegar. Nevertheless, I saw some areas (high traffic areas) with darker color than the original beige color. It bothers me. Cleaning with this spray is so easy. I use an old toothbrush after spraying and wipe it off. That's just so easy. And this bottle is not expensive.Whenever I feel the need, this spray helps. I am happy about the purchase.

I just purchased this and it did not work like the Zep Mold and mildew. I used the whole bottle.

The sprayer would not work, so I had to pour product on the grout lines. It was supposed to foam, but didn’t. I let it stay on grout lines for 15-30 minutes, and when I used the grout brush……the grout lines were perfectly white as new! I loved the product, the sprayer needs to be improved, as I used a whole bottle, due to pouring it on the floor, but it works great!

I guess this product is not made for deep cleaning dirty grout. I got two bottles thinking it would do the large job I have. The test I did didn’t yield the results I was hoping for. The other unused bottle will be returned. I will go ahead and keep the one I used and hope it does a decent job of spot cleaning the tile in the kitchen when needed. I ended up getting their actual grout cleaner locally since I was in the middle of the job and it is a world of difference in the results. So be warned that this will not clean years of neglect (I’m renting). I do hope it works for immediate cleanups though

Oh this stuff works great! There are so many cleaning products that claim they clean, but do not! This did an incredible job on my grout. This, with a brush I bought on Amazon too. It’s a very manual process, but it absolutely cleaned my grout. You let the cleaner sit for just 2 to 3 minutes, brush, and then wipe with a thick cotton towel like rag! Dirt came right up! Works great on my stone shower as well! Oh and no bad smell at all!
