Quite calming
They work within 30-40 minutes and taste great. Used at night prior to sleeping where falling off to sleep comes naturally. Waking up is natural and calm.

Tastey alternative
My son has ADHD and we don't like to give him his meds everyday due to lack of appetite. We are always looking for alternatives to help him relax on those days. He loves the taste, its like a treat instead of "medicine" for him. They are magic but they help with fidgeting. Highly recommend.

Tastes Great!
I'm sure there is some placebo effect at play with our kids, but it does help them calm down to know that I'm trying to do something to help. They love the taste and I love the ease of delivery -- something other than a gummy or a liquid.

Handy for travel to keep kids calm, quiet and content. We continue to buy these monthly and take them everywhere

Not the best flavor
I’m giving 1 star because I cannot attest to their calming qualities as my kids thought they were disgusting. I tried one and they aren’t great. I’m not sure how to really describe the flavor. The one I tried was I guess similar to a grape flavor vitamin with a strong vitamin taste. Not the worst thing ever. Just not great. The kids won’t touch them, so that was a bummer. They even like children’s gummy vitamins so it’s not just the vitamin flavor. There’s just a strong taste that none of us enjoyed.
