Typical install was easy enough. Fits ok, even with a crowded box. Got version that uses neutral since it’s available and seems better than using ground although they are basically the same for AC. Psychologically, I like that it does have separate ground. Previous one had neutral so I had to remove it anyway. I have 3 stripped down basic versions direct from China that cost 1/3, only have time adjustment/no sensitivity - but 1 of them went flaky in the laundry room toggling light on/off randomly. Others are in closets and seem fine. This one has been good so far, quickly triggering upon entry from either behind via garage or from front via kitchen with medium sensitivity. I think the 120 deg range helps avoid the false triggering the previous suffered which has 180deg range. The wider range may have caught warm air venting on back side of the mini fridge or it’s just a typical low quality knockoff. Anyway, the 120 deg of this model avoids that corner of room. I also like the simple dial adjustments, no complicated button pressing sequences to try to remember. FWIW, I am using this in a 3-way switch circuit. I simply used my tester to check the power and labeled the travelers from the main switch - basically leave the main switch alone, I leave it off/down and use that powered traveler as the hot for the sensor switch black wire, cap off the second traveler, connect red to load/light, white to neutral and green to ground as normal. Works perfectly fine. Easy enough to ignore the main switch.

This motion sensor switch works really well.It very conveniently fit a regular switch box, for a reasonable price, enabling power savings. Installation was straightforward.The maximum motion sensitivity covers a great distance and horizontal breadth, without accidental triggers.The luminosity threshold is adjustable with presets, as well as a custom setting. The duration of activation is also adjustable.And it comes with a manual on/off button override.I strongly recommend this product for simple dependable automation.

Easy to install. Good instructions. Nice looking works extremely well! I used it as a switch for my pantry light and I like that you can adjust the sensitivity on it. Happy with my purchase and a great price comparison to the others at double the cost’

I would give it a 5th star except for the fact that it has ZERO range up or down - it's view sensor is 120deg but it is strictly horizontal. I installed it up high in a restroom in order for it to "see" over the stall partition...it didn't work, so I had to resort to putting back down low in the original switch's location. It works fine there, one just has to wave their hand inside the stall and it will activate.Other than that, it works just fine and has numerous adjustments to suit your need! I would buy it again but only after making certain that the location is down at the normal 48" and in an open area. It was very easy to install and a great price.

Put this in the garage to replace the light switch which I struggled to find in the dark. Works great. Lights up garage as soon as I walk in now.
