薄めなので靴の微調整不要でした。先が細めの靴でも合います。硬いソールの靴で歩く方にお勧めです。

高い。 インソールに５千円は躊躇する。 だが、足底筋膜炎でかかとが歩く度に激痛だから仕方ない。 藁にもすがる思いで購入。 革靴にイン！ 履いた感触はもっとフンワリするかとおもったけど 思いの外、弾力があってしっかり支えてくれるね。 歩くと激痛だったのがちょっと痛いなぐらいまで抑えられたよ。 安物のペラペラのインソールだとほぼ効果なしで訴訟ものだったけど コイツは違うゼ。 ただ高い。 ３千円ぐらいになりませんか？

かかとに厚みがあり横幅が広い。シャープなビジネス用革靴の土踏まずが張り出してカッコ悪いが足腰の負担は、無茶軽減されました。

結構分厚くなるので甲高の私は使いにくいこともあるのですが，あると沢山歩いても大丈夫な気がします． これを入れれるような甲高の靴を作ってくれるか，はじめからこれをインソールに採用した靴どっか作ってくれないかな．
