Customer Support is some of the Best!
After shipping issues - Box 2/2 arrived alone. I messaged the seller about it and got a response in less than 10 -12 hrs - ABSOLUTELY Great! They found the issue and fixed it got Box 1/2 immediately on its way. GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!Took the 2 of us like 4hrs to put up, we took our time. It's actually pretty dang easy to put up. THE 20X20 IS HUGE, TALL! Was surprised of how tall up it was.ITS NOT HEAVY DUTY by all means. The material isn't like a thickish tarp material at all, it's very thin and worrisome on how it may get holes or rip easily. Also, the bottom seems like it's cut short. Other canopies we have the sides are long and lay on the ground, this dosent. We were kinda wondering why there's no bottom poles, you know that hold the sides down tight and provides a little more support. Having them would help more with the wind blow it at the bottom. The solar lights are really nice that you get with it.For the money, it's pretty nice. We're gonna have to beef her up good with more support in hopes it'll handle the snow. But so far we really like it and already have a buddy getting ready to order himself one.

Glad I bought it!!
I ordered this so I could work on my pop up camper with out concerns about the weather. It is high enough that I can raise the roof tall enough to stand inside. I love the windows which allows air flow and keeps it from getting stuffy. It has done well through a couple severe thunderstorms, and one episode of pea size hail (did not leak) but I also used straps under my trailer and over the top rails to help hold it in place. I could not use the outside straps to help anchor it as they would take too much space to get the proper angle and I did not have the space for it. Other than the roof being raise - it is doable with one person. I could have raised the roof alone, but did not want to hurt my back. Instructions were easy to follow. I would set it up with the sides on and close it up, before securing to the ground. The poles can shift a bit and the sides once closed up might not fit well. I did have to move a couple poles to take some stress off one corner. I would not secure without the side on and closed next time to make a better, even fit. For the cost it is worth it for me.

Great so far
To be honest this has been great so far, but I live in a very mild climate. Not sure if it would hold up under snow. I would guess not. It has handled several rains no problem. The roof is relatively steep so the rain water just rolls right off.I'm mostly using the carport as a staging area in our backyard for filtering things like old kids toys, clothes, HW assignments, drawings, etc. The house was too full with stuff and the kids are almost able to drive now, so probably 95% of the things we still had from the time they were 2 or 4 or 6 or 8 should be tossed in the garbage or donated. That way other parents of 2 years olds can have this same problem 14 years from now!The thing is enormous. You need a ladder to finish setting up the end panels and it would be good to do it with 2 people so one of them can hold the ladder. But it's just huge and a bargain at the price and my house is already a lot cleaner.

Tarp material is paper thin
The assembly was pretty easy. The poles seem sturdy and went together fast. That is when I realized what was wrong with this canopy. When I got the roofing part unfolded and realized that the material was as thin as paper, I was very disappointed. I have already ordered a thick 20' by 25' tarp to put over the top "when it rips".This is not even close to what I expected when paying $454.27 for a 20' by 20' canopy garage.I expected a rubberized cover, not the thinnest cellophane-like material I have ever seen in a tarp. What I got here was worth maybe $150.00 for the poles, sandbags, lights, and then you do as I have and buy your own tarps.Buyer beware, just another Chinese ripoff...!!!

Had a question, called the company, had a call back same day. Very pleased with customer service.
Purchased: Carports 20X20 Heavy Duty,Car Ports with 180G Removable Side Walls,Carport Canopy,Portable Car Port Garage,Car Shelter All Weather,Grey for around $500.The good: Easy to follow instructions for easy assembly (we personally recommend assembly with 2 people). Avoid assembly on a windy day. Good quality at the price point. Package contained all accessories (Poles, ground stakes, guide ropes, solar lighting for sides, over door solar light, tie down straps, a complete package). The bad: We cannot think of anything bad about this product, however with all things time will tell. The ugly: Needs a lot of tie down ropes to secure to the ground. These supports must extend far from the structure for stability. Tends to make it unsightly. All tie down straps and ropes must be established at heights well enough to running into when passing around the structure (this is after all a tent).General Comment: Avoid assembly on a windy day. This product is very susceptible to even relatively mild winds, so tie downs must be numerous and sturdy. As we have just gone through the assembly process (and yes, we did it on a windy day), we cannot speak to the durability over time. We can see the need to continuing and ongoing maintenance to all tie down straps and ropes. Improvements we would like to see would be adjustable straps and tie downs, to make it easier to adjust once in place (especially the two over the top of the structure. Other than that, time will tell.

Excellent Home Gym Build.
I used this specifically for my home gym, and it has truly transformed the space, providing ample room for all my equipment. After six months of use, I’ve come to appreciate its durability, successfully keeping everything dry during rainstorms and snow. While I noticed small holes developing in the tarp, I simply patched them. The frame may be of lower quality and tends to bend, but these imperfections don't overshadow the incredible ease of setup, though I did have some help. Despite any flaws, I would definitely purchase another one when my current one eventually wears out.
