Great product. I use this as I have trouble holding my head up sometimes due to pain at the base of my neck. This is well made. Very sturdy and helps relieve the pressure and its comfortable to wear.

The product: - Better than expected, comfortable. - Velcro on the inside on one side, as noted by another reviewer, is utterly daft, but doesn’t actually cause me an issue, I can’t feel it. - Fits well, stops my head dropping too much when playing guitar, which was exacerbating a neck/shoulder problem. - Advert has clear errors, two different listings of sizing, so pot-luck to get the right fit. Mine seems good, not sure if it’s the one I intended (‘Medium’) or ‘M’, so not sure I’ve got small or medium. - For the price, very pleased. I’ll see if it holds its form and helps my condition (it must do, to some degree, as it’s definitely offering some support). Note to Amazon: please don't reply on AI to verify reviews. If you are going to reject it and ask me to do it again for no reason, please provide the original so I don't have to totally retype it. Please respect customers, it's us who keep you in business.

The material in this one doesn’t glide very well against the skin—you can’t wear it for long before it starts to chafe.

I think they've sent me a larger neck brace. A 2.5 inch would have been perfect. But I've received a 3 inch brace. I bought this for controlling snoring and it kind of works. Basically when you are sleeping on your back, the lower jaw loosens and opens up as you fall asleep. This is why we start snoring. Wearing a neck brace like this holds the jaw and keeps the mouth closed. There are other face/chin straps for this. But I didn't find them comfortable. This one seems to do the job well. Just be careful about the size and softness when buying so that it is not uncomfortable while sleeping. For 250/- we can experiment and find the best fit.
