Works well.

As billed I think. I don’t know if it’s better than OEM, but it was easy to install and works well. I was a bit concerned when I first installed it that it wasn’t fully seated, as the door was a bit tough to close. But after that first use (didn’t leak) now it closes normally and surprisingly the dishwasher is noticeably quieter with this new seal.
