This is the third device I've used over the years, the other two being very similar in design. Of the three, this is by far the best. The rods that screw together are a good design and very stable. The silicone loop is the real winner as it's so comfortable. For those with issues of this being painful to wear, don't follow the instructions and cut the silicone padding! Doing so will put the bottom side of your member against the plastic and cause pain. Keep the silicone loop the size that it came in and it will provide 360 degree cushioning thereby relieving any pressure or pain.I do wish this came with additional rods...I emailed the seller asking about this. Purchasing another one could work for those that find they need more rods for extra length.There's no manual for this sadly, you have to rely on some bad images from the manufacturer. Doing a google search on how to use this would probably be easiest if you're not familiar with the setup.I've had two injuries to my member over the years and have seen several urologists. One recommended a traction device instead of surgery. This extender/traction device will help with stability and fix curvatures. The added bonus is you can gain an increase in size. For me, I've gained about 1.5" in length and .5" in girth. However, be aware that these size results are dependent on how long you wear the product for. An hour a day isn't going to do it. It needs to be four hours minimum a day and it takes a couple of years. This is not a quick fix for size increases, you'd need surgery for that. Be patient, think of it as part of your daily routine, and remember the more hours/years you wear it for, the better your results will be.

Man, I gotta say, I’m honestly impressed with this extender. I used to have a SizeGenetics one and it was pricey and honestly uncomfortable—the clamps would slip all the time. This one’s on another level. It’s WAYYYY more comfortable, doesn’t dig into your flesh in a painful way, and the clamp actually does an amazing job of keeping your shaft locked in place. No slipping, no hassle. For me, that comfort and security alone make it an easy five stars.

I loved how easy this was to put together because the instructions were easy to read and understand. It allows you to adjust to your preference while being very comfortable to wear. Everything was durable when using the toy and provides an enjoyable experience for you and your partner.

Don't let the missing star sway you, it's exactly what I wanted when purchasing it. And for a good price, too.Pros: Easy to set up and use. Can adjust it to your size. Surprisingly comfortable above/below clothes and even while walking around (using loose shorts or pajama pants).Cons: The additional bars do seem to loosen themselves slightly, so you'll probably have to check and twist them back on occasionally.Important to note that the one plastic part holding the strap is a tiny bit flexible so don't ape handle it and it'll be fine. If the band breaks anytime soon I'll update this review, but it's good atm.
