Tailgate Step
Installed this on my 2024 Ram 2500. Very easy to follow directions and about a 15 minute job. Mine has the fifth wheel prep with the wiring harness needed moved and zip typed back to facilitate installation.

Bad quality, I had it installed for a week and the pins holding it came off I a guessing on the street.This is my second attempt to review not sure why the first didn’t get posted.

Fits and works as advertised
Works as advertised! Installed by the Ram dealer and it took their service department about 30 minutes to install. Fits perfectly on my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie. They had to move the wire harness up and out of the way. It fits the dual exhaust just fine!

I'm glad I made the purchase.
The bed step arrived with a damaged box from shipping, and there was a small nick in the metal. However, since the damage wasn’t visible once installed, I decided to keep it. The vendor should improve the packaging to prevent this issue in the future. That said, the step itself works great! It folds out easily, and to retract it, you need to push straight back—any pressure up or down will prevent it from folding in. Once you get the hang of it, it functions smoothly. Overall, a solid product with room for better packaging.
