Great brand! I’ve been taking these for over 2 years. My bloodwork has always been fine, as I eat well, but I take these for good measure. I’m VERY sensitive to vitamins/supplements, and every multivitamin I’ve tried in the past has given me a stomach ache, but I take this in the mornings on an entirely empty stomach, and I do intermittent fasting so my stomach will stay empty for about 6 hours, and I’ve had zero issues. Some multivitamins have a horrendous taste, especially if you burp after taking them. These are entirely tasteless, they just have that classic multivitamin smell (more subtle than many). FYI, these do not break fasts, so you can take them if you also do intermittent fasting for health or weight loss reasons. Ask your doctor though if you’re fasting for any other reasons, such as bloodwork, surgery, etc. I’ve gotten fasting bloodwork while having taken these in the AM, per my doctor’s approval, but please still confirm with yours!

I haven’t taken these in a while but I still had some left over from the last time I ordered them. The vitamin is now much smaller. The only differences I could see was that there is 1 mcg less of Vitamin K now. Also, the “other ingredients” seems to have virtually the same things but in new quantities and there is no longer silica or the organic fiber blend listed as far as I could see.I took a photo of the old “other ingredients” in case anyone else was curious.

I had the Mary Ruth’s, but it was just so expensive. I got these instead. The one thing I loved about Mary Ruth was that I didn’t have to eat before taking it and that is what sold me on these pills. I hate eating first thing in the morning, but I wanna take my multi And these have been great. Haven’t gotten sick or anything. These will be my new go to.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love these multivitamins. I have bought these over and over and I thoroughly enjoy them. Did research on this particular brand and it seems like it’s a great product for value buy and this brand is absorbed into the body well. The fact that they come in a glass bottle - 10/10

My favorite multivitamin of all time! Dietician approved. I can feel notable changes in my energy if I miss a day, my body definitely gets a lot of what it needs every day now. The tablet is a little smaller than it used to be which is a bonus. Good, clean vitamin.
