I was looking for creatine that had hmb and bcaa’s and this is one of the only ones I could find. I didn’t want to buy 3 different things. Im horrible at taking multiple supplements or vitamins or anything, this makes it so much easier. This is my third day using it. I heard hmb has a strong smell and tastes and it does. The first day I split it up half before the gym and half after. The taste was really strong, so the second day I went and got this mio stuff to maybe help the taste. It definitely helped and i don’t feel as grossed out over the taste. I still do half before and half after the gym, because they are big scoops. This stuff has everything you need.

I tried this product because who doesn't like the combination of creatine and aminos in one package.But to my horror, the smell and taste made me gag. It smells like old shellfish left out in the sun too long.I ended up throwing it out because it's not returnable.I would NOT recommend this AT ALL.If you're using it and like it, good! But if you haven't tried it yet, there are other, better tasting - and smelling - supplements out there.

This product is awesome! I've been using it every morning during my intense two to three hour exercise regime. I mix it with electrolytes which makes it taste better. I usually have long arduous and rigorous work days after my morning exercise and I do feel like the amino acids and creatine are stacking to give me some cellular benefits/ energy. I really feel like it is energizing my muscles and body even as I exercise. My muscle gains have been incredible. I don't know how much is due to the intense exercise schedule and how much is due to the supplement, but i like the mix of creatine, HMB, and aminos and I'm going to stick with it!

I gave it a 3 star because I just started taking it (2/1/2025).Quality is good.Taste on the other hand is something you need to get use to.It doesn't actually taste like lemonade.If they only have different flavors to choose from would be great.1 scoop, can't get any easier than that.Not bad for the price but Amazon website doesn't have subscription for this product. I use my bottle shaker so pretty easy to mix,but I have to keep shaking it every time I take a drink cause it doesn't dissolve all the way.Good size for the money.

Relative to straight creatine, I love how it contains aminos and HMB. Been taking it for a few months. The taste is a little strong, however. I prefer chocolate/peanut butter flavoring.

Just received my first bottle. Having tried a few other combinations of Creatinine and BCAAs I’m always looking for one that isn’t too sweet and blends well. I must say that this product has a nice (almost real) lemonade flavor that is refreshing and also dissolves well using a blender. My only complaint is the ingredients only says “Sweetener” and I’d like to know what kind. There are a lot of sweeteners that I don’t want to be taking. So in future labels, please tell us what is used. In the mean time I’ll continue trying the supplement and hope it works well.

i have only used this product once but it gave me a superman-like effect at the gym lol. i was lifting heavier than normal and doing more reps. sometimes i feel like i want to leave the gym after 20 minutes but i stayed for well over an hour. the flavor is a little intense so i added sugar free raspberry coffee syrup and it helped.

The title of my review reflects the only information provided about this product’s sweetener—simply “Sweetener.” Typically, products specify whether they contain Acesulfame potassium, sucralose, sugar, or aspartame, but with this one, you’re left guessing. The product has a very unusual smell, and while the taste is also strange, it’s not quite as unpleasant as the odor. I do not recommend this product (I ended up pouring it all down the drain). Instead, I suggest choosing a more reputable, well-known brand that provides clear and transparent labeling.
