I’m very happy with this camera system so far! The picture quality is excellent—clear during the day and surprisingly good at night. Setup was a breeze since the cameras were already paired with the NVR, so I didn’t have to deal with complicated network configurations.Installation was straightforward. The cameras feel sturdy and well-built, and the WiFi signal range is strong enough to cover my entire property. I also like that it comes with a 3TB hard drive pre-installed, which means plenty of storage without extra cost.Overall, it’s a great plug-and-play solution for home security. Highly recommend if you want a hassle-free setup with reliable performance.

Bought to replace an old system. One thing that stood out was the ease of setup. It is literally plug and play. All I had to do is mount the cameras and DVR, plug them in and it just worked! I also really appreciated the 10 ft long power supplies for the cameras made camera placement and cable management so much easier. There is also the option for POE connections for the cameras (extra).The picture quality was crisp and clear (5MP version) and despite the wireless cameras there is no picture freezing when a large object is displayed (better codec). The PTZ feature also let's you cover more area with less camera so essentially I had an "extra" camera for additional coverage. The DVR setup and interface is easy and intuitive, including remote viewing setup. (Use caution here as they will try to sign you up for their cloud storage service. You need to uncheck a box before saving). On a four camera system the 1TB HDD should give 30+ days of video.I think for the cost you get a lot of features including AI human size detection and camera tracking, various low light viewing options, motion alarms with notifications and the ability to have up to 10 cameras.I've only had it for about a day but am impressed so far! From receiving to fully mounted and working was about an hour and a half. I will probably be adding more cameras soon.

This system is Fantastic! Very easy to setup and the video quality is exceptional!I did have a problem setting up my phone and tablet. I contacted tech support and they were very helpful and the problem was successfully resolved.I would definitely recommend this system to my family and friends!

Customer service nonexistent. Have been trying for 3 days to get ahold of someone to assist me with the App.Automated phone...called it...it answered said please wait, it hung up.Ease of camera setup was great.

The media could not be loaded. These are GREAT for being able to view animals or just to see all angles around your yard, can even set them to follow moving objects. I have ordered other sets from them for my other house but wanted to see how moving cameras would work for the backyard. Pleasantly surprised, the PTZ works great from the phone app can access it right from the screen you're viewing. On the system itself it is a couple clicks away but still simple to access. The nice thing this company does is it includes a NVR that allows you to add more cameras to the system if you decided to want more cameras, most other brands I have ordered come maxxed out and if you want to add more then you have to purchase another NVR and go through linking and setting all cameras up from scratch. I've seen other people complain about reaching a person for answers to questions but I have found them very responsive to anything I needed.(pretty much within 24hrs) The quality is way better than my photos show as I used my phone to take a picture of the monitor I have mounted to the wall. Set comes with hdmi cable and a laser mouse. Myself I added a wireless mouth as I do not like being all up on the monitor when view or using it. That would be my only advice to add a better mouse, but they give you one to be up and running the same day so it is still nice to have.

I have used these in the past and thought they were great. However, I tried putting these up for a friend and couldn't get a steady signal from two of the cameras. I contacted the manufacturer by phone (a rarity these days) and was told that these will need a Wi-Fi repeater if you will have a camera more than thirty feet from the NVR. If you are putting these on a house (or mobile home like I was) than thirty feet is not good enough. I returned them and purchased a POE system from the same company and it came with cables that were 65 and 100 feet. That is a more realistic distance for a home use. They will work well for a small apartment or something similar but be sure of the distance that the cameras will be from the NVR. I gave it two stars based on my prior experience with this product and the customer service.

These were pretty great I just hate one of the features about it and that is that it has a picture with another picture on each camera it's just confusing when you're watching it on a monitor but other than that they were great easy to install easy to connect and the picture is great

EVERYTHING you need is included! (see photo)Could not be easier to setup... plug it in! If you're the kind that likes to read the instruction manual, it is well written, but before you get barely started reading it the system will have configured itself and got everthing working and going! It really is that easy! Night and Day video are both great! The OS is terrific and easy to use and does anything you need - look for past events, live monitoring, whatever. I know from past surveillance systems that Hiseeu is reliable, helpful, and keeps their products and firmware up to date. One thing it won't do like some other systems is cost more!! ;-)
