I Am Not a Gamer
I should start out by saying I'm not a gamer. I was born in 1976 and remember playing Atari as a kid. I never had a Nintendo, Sega, or any of the Play Station/X-Box machines. My gaming experience was mainly on a 2600 and C64.I found some old games at my parents' house and ordered one of the new 7200 consoles that play the 2600 and 7200 games, which is excellent.I don't like the odd control of the 7200 and was thrilled to find this. It is slightly lower quality than the old joysticks, which I assume were made in the USA or Japan, but it is wireless, which would have blown my mind in the 1980s.This ups the nostalgia for me. I hope this works with a C64, as I used to use it with that as well.

Close to original 2600 Joystick with great wireless capability
This controller feels to me fairly close to the original Joystick as it's stiffer especially compared to the Atari Classic Wireless Controller (which works and has more buttons, but Joystick is pretty loose and slippery since it can be used as a paddle controller as well). It only has 1 button like the original so be aware in case you need more buttons. Tested on PC & Atari 2600+. I also got it to work with C64 mini however this requires changing controller DB which isn't straightforward, but it can be done (id is 030000006a0e00001140000011010000).It can be used both wired and wirelessly with dongle. I didn't notice lag with 2600+. I did find sometimes that when I haven't used it in a while and start it up, it will constantly trigger fire button. Unplugging/plugging dongle fixes that again.

Good controller, oversized dongles
Controller feels good, but dust sticks easily to the rubber on the joystick. When connected i didn't notice any detrimental delay. The dongles are too large. They don't fit in my Atari 65XE's controller port, therefore i can't test Atari compatibility. But USB dongle works fine.

Works great
Works great even though the games are still laggy.

Feels like an old school Atari joystick but it's wireless
Stick felt a little stiff but, once I plugged it n and started using it, It felt great. Very responsive and feels like one of my old sticks, just a little tighter. Worked great on my Atari 2600, XEGS, and 130XE. One note, on the XEGS, it can be difficult to remove the receiver dongle from the port due to the recessed nature of the port.

Constant buzzing noise while using
the controller works well and feels similar to the original, however there is a buzzing sound when playing any games. When I remove the dongle from my 2600 console, the buzzing goes away, so some kind of RF interference. Disappointing. Will probably return and look for good wired controllers.

Loses pairing
Looks and feels like the original classic version. Paired it using the provided USB dongle in Windows and worked great. Unfortunately after shutting down the computer and restarting it, it has to be re-paired to the dongle every time. Could not find any firmware update or fix in support forums/reddit to remedy the issue. Returned the item for a refund.
