Worth the extra money!
I absolutely love this Keurig duo coffee maker. My most recent purchase of another brand that was about half this price point didn’t even last me for two years. I had experience with a Keurig single maker in the past and felt this extra cost was probably worth it.The coffee maker came packaged really well for product safety. It came with easy to follow instructions for startup and programming. I use the full pot every 2 to 3 days to make my own iced coffee at home and we use the singles for hot coffee. I am amazed at how quickly the singles Are brewed and they are very hot. I haven’t even tried the extra hot function yet because it’s all already very hot.Even though I brew a full pot for iced coffee, I have tried the cold brew function. I am impressed that it starts hot to give you full coffee flavor and then lowers the temperature so that your ice doesn’t melt. This is perfect for me as there have been many times that I forgot to brew my coffee For refrigeration and discover it in the morning when I drink my one iced coffee serving per day.I absolutely love this and recommend it. It is at a bit higher price point than lower to mid range. Brewer’s but it’s worth the money. I definitely recommend this.

Fantastic product.
We have our first pot of coffee in the morning set on a timer, so it brews right before we wake up. It makes a good pot of coffee. After that, my husband uses the K cup feature so it’s really nice to have one machine that does both. It winds up being pretty economical. We get to use our regular ground coffee in the morning and not waste any K cups and in the afternoon we’re not wasting coffee by making a whole pot when we don’t need it.

Excellent Keurig
This is a great item I like that the water storage is in the back, it's slim and holds a lot of water. The coffee makes really fast. Their are 5 holes punched in the coffee pod not 1 like others. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Good brewer but not great. Chemical/plastic taste is a bit of a letdown...
This coffee maker IMO is a 3.5 star unit, but I'll round up on my review. I wanted a drip brewer and still have the option for Keurig pods on occasion for other things like black tea. This unit looked like it would deliver on what I was looking for, though I have had a mixed ride with Keurig products, especially their newer offerings.First I'll list out the pros:1. It does double duty and for me, that saves space on the counter.2. It brews decent coffee.3. The interface is straight forward.4. It lasted more than a week which beats a couple prior Keurig's I've bought which is a plus.Cons:1. I don't know if it's my pallette but I can taste a distinct chemical/plastic taste when brewing coffee and pods. I ran multiple tanks of water through the unit before using it on both drip and pods. I installed a carbon filter in the tank as well since it doesn't come with one. I resorted to running cleaner through the unit and white vinegar which solved the issue on the drip side, but I can still get a hint of the taste on the pod side. I noticed in the later generation Keurig's, this has been an issue for me. I have an older Keurig that has a water heating chamber, and I never had the issue with that unit. YMMV.2. The scheduling for the next day could be better. I would say that using it non-auto brew is straight forward. Going through the scheduling every time you want auto-brew is a bit sub-optimal. Not a deal breaker by any means, but it could be better.3. It doesn't exactly come across as high quality but it does the job.4. I wish the water tank was a bit bigger so I could do 3-4 6 cup brews without refilling.5. It didn't come with a carbon filter.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and hope it lasts more than a year. With time, I also hope the chemical/plastic taste subsides on the pod side of the brewer. For the price, I would buy it again if there isn't another option doing the same thing for within $50 of this unit. I will post an update if it stops functioning down the road. I have been using it daily for six weeks without any issues.

I am very impressed on how fast it can create a K-Cup or to fill the coffee pot. This coffee maker is very well designed it is very easy to clean and very fast on making your coffee. It has the Best of both worlds a coffee pot and K-Cups. I highly recommend this coffee maker for anyone who wants a fast cup of coffee in the morning and easy cleanup.
