This is the absolute perfect hot sauce for everyday use. It has a great heat level that I’d consider very much on the mild side, not as hot as the regular red Cholula, but the flavor is amazing! The thing I like about this sauce is the balance of flavor and heat. It’s not so hot I can only use a small amount and the flavor is so good I want to use more…and I do. Feel free to slather this on your eggs, tacos, burritos, any and everything where you’d use hot sauce…then realize it’s not enough and you want more…go ahead use the whole bottle on that taco you deserve it!The only downside is I go through this stuff so fast!

I got a couple of new types of Cholula and being the not always observant guy that I am, I only saw "Green Pepper" on this one and only after getting the bottle did I see the neck label that says Jalapeno and Poblano peppers. Yes it does have a picture of the back label which shows everything but I was not seeing it. I was initially thinking I just wasted the my money because I don't eat hot anything. I also have a hard head so I figured I bought it, I need to at least try it. I did and I was very surprised that I liked it. It's hotter than the original and hotter than the Chipotle but not nearly as hot as I thought it would be and it's actually sweeter than any of the others as well. It will not go with everything but it has a nice flavor and adds a nice kick to whatever you add it to or mix it into. I gave it four stars because I just think for me it has a little too much sweet for a hot sauce. I recommend this product.

I really like this flavor. Has just the right amount of heat for me personally.
