This is the second thermal label printer I’ve bought from Amazon, and I’m so glad I went for it! It’s absolutely perfect for printing my shipping labels and even the round tags I use for my products. Setting it up was a breeze—I didn’t even need to follow the instructions that came with it, and I still got it working right away.What I love most is how compact it is. I can easily carry it around and use it with my laptop or iPad, and the wireless connectivity makes it incredibly convenient. Plus, I have a 110V outlet in my car, so I can use it on the go whenever I need to. It’s really been a game-changer for my business, making my workflow so much easier and faster. This thing has to be the most frustrating product I have ever purchased. Not meant to be used in the English language. The app is horrendous and glitches. No matter how hard I try, nothing lines up, and nothing is clear.

Great product! Changed my shipping game!Easy setup through Bluetooth, not so easy on laptop. Comes with installation program on flash drive. Make sure you save label as PDF. That may be obvious to some, but I'm a little dumb to tech stuff. Doesn't perfectly place next label after fresh print, but does get usable labels out. I'll use this one til I can afford an upgrade. Great starter printer! Budget friendly!

The media could not be loaded. Worked well for 6 months; however, after adding new paper and re-calibrated as directed on the sticker attached to the printer, the printer will not work. There is a constant blue blinking light, and a loud beeping noise every time the printer is turned on and off.

Misaligned within 90 days of buying and can’t figure out how to contact company. The directions to correct do not work. Paper goes sideways very easily.
