I paired these envelopes with their appropriate match in 8-1/2 x 11" paper at 24 lb., 100% cotton, and they're great. I'm not going to repeat my whole review here that I already did for the other product, but this is lovely paper with a tasteful feel and appearance. Easily worth the price of like $7 or whatever it was. Quality + Reasonable Price = Value.

These cotton envelopes are great! I don't wish to use paper envelopes (harm to trees). The glue may be a bit iffy at times - but I have been double-sealing my envelopes with tape for many years - before switching to cotton. (I find that most brands of envelopes have "iffy" glue.) This company makes great 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of cotton paper, too!

I have used these for several years now and continue to love them. They are fountain pen friendly and give a lovely, crisp look to correspondence. Sometimes they don't seal well and require more deliberate pressure. Since I usually use sealing wax, it's not a deal breaker for me. The white is a great bright white which brings out the colors of various inks. I count on these to the point that I worry when my stock runs low. My sons used these for resumes after graduating university and they definitely stand out as a quality product.

Wanted printer-ready high quality stationery. This does the trick. Heavy stock but works well in printer. Excellent. Thanks very much

Good product

If I am generating mail where the recipient is a "professional," please keep the look first class all the way by using these envelopes. As advertised, it works well with any type of printer ( I use inkjet). I also found that the manufacturer was very accommodating by sending me requested samples so I could physically compare samples of what I was viewing on the Amazon site. The sender will receive the required attention because this product lets the recipient know that the sender is "FIRST CLASS." The envelope not dissimilar to the paper product has a texture which is remarkable.

Nice paper texture but the adhesiveness of the envelopes are not too secure and multiple times I have had to use tape to close.

Very nice, quality envelopes. I wanted something that looked better than the cheap "everyday" ones, for cash prizes in an event. They went through my printer nicely, and gave a clean, first class look to the finished product. They, of course, are unlined - but that's not what I was looking for. Great price/value.

These envelopes are the perfect surface for the calligraphers pen. Smooth white cotton, allows the ink or watercolour medium of choice to glide from the pen or brush. The best quality paper allows pen and ink to show off. A wonderful product. Hope you produce this quality in other size envelopes. They would be most welcome. Great product Southworth.
