I use these for Physical therapy and they work great. I like that they all fit in the bag and the balls items can fill the big tube for easy storage. And they have some instruction for usage.

This is pretty decent. I find the large roller to be a bit hard and large, but im more on the petite side. Regardless, it does the job.

This is fantastic because the foam is not hard but firm. So perfect from stretching your back muscles if you work a desk job, to facia rolling wt the end of the day or stretch your IT band before a run. Also the little ball is great if you have plantar fasciitis.

got this for a pulled muscle on the back of my leg and relieve pressure right away the big foam roller is squishy but works nice and it is so easy to useit is so worth the price

Big roller is too hard and hurts a lot trying to roll on it. Hand held roller doesn’t do a lot

I got this for sore muscles after working out and for my daughter who plays softball six nights a week. It’s compact and stores easily with a mesh bag. Highly recommend getting if you or your kiddos play sports/work out.

The big roller cracks my whole spine every time.
