Good quality received
The item is good in quality. But I found little bit impure material after soaking it overnight and the gel formation is somewhat not uniform. It has no taste as it should be.

Value for money gond katira, price is less , healthy and has works well in providing cooling to body internally. For best results just sow some gum pieces in water full of container and it will become jelly. Just add it to any drinks and enjoy.

Vinegary smell and taste
While it is good ,but I doubt the claim of it being 100% natural. It has a sour pungent odour like vinegar. I soaked and wash it next morning before consuming, otherwise it tastes a bit vinegary. As far heard and learnt about the Goand katira,it must be bland odourless and tasteless or say mildly sweet like any other plant gum/goand
