The pen sent was genuine and original. Have verified it side by side with the same pen bought from William Pen co. Looks premium and writes well. Not useful for daily notes writing or diary writing since the refills are quite expensive.

Buying it fourth time, every time someone close will get to write it and end up keeping it. Perfect elegant and sleek, the pen got its own character. A must have gadget for professional and business guys.

All of us but many kinds of writing instruments throughout our lifetime. We start with pencils and work our way to a ball or roller ball pen (the fountain pen is acquired, used and kept aside mainly because it is messy and the expensive ones are always short of ink to be of much practical use). The Cross ball pen is the King of ball pens. I possess a modest variant, low on the cost, but it is a quality product nevertheless. Buy any Cross ball pen variant, use it with reasonable care and you won't need to buy any other pen. Ever. Because you won't like it. Yes I know the Parker, Waterman and Sheaffer pens exist. They are very good too. But a Cross is a Cross. NOTHING comes close.

The product i have received is not as per quality of Cross, I have raised replacement order and received again defective piece. It's seems that duplicate or some minor damaged product they are selling here. Please don't buy it from here

I bought this pen through Amazon and it was an OK buy.Good -1. Looks nice and I like the style and how thin the pen is2. Comfort of writing is good3. Amazon sells it cheaper than the local store (but the refill costs same in the store and on amazon)Not so good -1. The pen is not sturdy - there was a small bump within a few days of buying2. The refills do not last long and they are expensiveOverall, an average buy.
