Great product. Works well. Easy to apply. Was drying quickly so by the time I applied it to one spot, the other one was slowly drying up (not rapid but not slow). It is very sticky and greasy so it is easier to wipe it off your hands than trying to clean it off. Good price. Can came bent, but the product was intact.

Ive got a flat garage roof and for a while now it leaks quite a bit in a couple of places when we get any decent amount of rain. I used the whole can covering every edge and seal of the felt. This stuff cant be used though on vertical joins as it is too runny, it doesnt set immediately so it just runs down the wall and gathers at the bottom. But for any join that is relatively flat it works a treat. One tip, use an old brush because you arent getting this stuff off it afterwards and youll be throwing the brush away. Goes without saying that its best to apply this on a dry day and when it isnt forecast to rain for 24 hours. After that though it looks to hae created a fairly good waterproof seal. I still have one small leak when we get alot of rain, so its definately better than it was. But as we know water will always find a way through if theres even the smallest gap, so i will need a second tin and go up there again to try and find that last small gap ive missed. But thats my fault not the products. Overall i cant complain. it definately seals up any join that you have so long as its reasonably flat. The tin isnt massive so if you have a large area to cover you may need the larger size. its difficult to say how much it covers because it really depends on how thorough you want to be when covering up the joins. My advise would be to but this to start with and you can always get more if needs be.
