Excellent Quality Brushes!
This 3-piece pastry brush set is just what I needed for baking and cooking. The natural bristles hold butter and egg wash really well, and they give a nice, even application. These are a great value for the price. I love the variety of sizes. They're easy to use and easy to clean. Quality material that doesn't fall apart during use or cleaning. They work so well basting my meats. Especially my roasting chicken.

Not losing hairs
I've owned many pastry brushes over the years. They all work about the same. The big difference? Some lose hairs as you use them, and other do not. I personally hate having to try and fish out a few hairs from a meringue or a pizza top, etc. Yuck, if you miss one or two and it ends up in your mouth. I've used this 50+ times, and haven't lost a hair yet!!! Could not be happier with these. Highly recommended.
