What are the brewing directions? they are not printed on the bag, unlike the smaller bag of ghana blend i bought at a grocer. (should be on all bags.)

Per their website :Step 1: Add 4-5 Tablespoons of Crio Bru to 24oz French Press Step 2: Pour boiling water into french press, consistently as to coat the ground cacao beans. Step 3: Allow Crio to steep for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Step 4: Depress plunger slowly, until all grounds have been separated from liquid. Step 5: Pour and enjoy! I have a 12 oz french press and use 2 or 3 tablespoons and let it brew/steep for 10 minutes. I agree, that the instructions should be on all the bags :)

Is this still organic?

According to the latest bag 12/18, the two Ecuador options are USDA Organic. So glad they are my favorite bean since they are the organic choice!

Can this be brewed on a keurig?

You can brew it in a Keurig, but it will not be nearly as good tasting as if you use a French press. The Keurig simply doesn’t brew it long enough for it to be anything but weak and watery. It’s a waste of money imo.
