The product is good quality and was custom cut exactly to my specifications. It is comfortable and fits my chair perfectly.

I ordered 10 custom sizes all at once. They arrived quickly and exactly what I ordered. Quality was excellent! I even had to reach out after arrival to ask the company some questions and the replied quickly with answers.

I opened the package about a half hour ago and it is already plumped up quite nicely. I will leave it for the 24-48 hours to see how it does. It is quite firm, which is what I wanted, and appears to be cut very evenly in the measurements I asked for, once it is fully puffed out. If anything it is a tad over in the length. It was packaged quite well. I imagine it was vacuum sealed somewhere in that process as the package was much smaller than the item. It was covered in a light cloth and I think I will leave it in that for cleanliness protection. I m rather smell sensitive and it definitely has a chemical odor. I will leave that for the air filter to siphon out. would put it outside in the sun but alas, it is a rainy day. I had a bit of correspondence with the company about size and they were lovely in every way. Shipping took 9 days from order to my door. (have been using it a couple of days now, it is exactly what I wanted, firm, comfortable cushions. All smell was gone within a few hours of opening it.)

Great company to deal with; product was the exact size I wanted and it came vacuum-packed so it was a smaller package than the size of the actual foam I ordered. The foam is firm, but that's exactly what I needed to bolster my sofa cushions. The value for what I ordered was better than other foam companies I looked at; there was no smell and the thickness was perfect (5").
