It is a very good book buy we all know half of the things that is in the book it gives us a light showing what is right and wrong about our beliefs it only contains half new topics, someone also kept the same review as Iam keeping now but I thought I may not even know them and bought the book but I also know most of the book but it's like a journal that gives us more clarity about our actions and habits. This book is definitely worth reading, it gives us a good clarity.
