Seems to work and far more convenient for me than the awful powders.

It took about 3 weeks for me to notice a difference in my strength training. I feel I will continue to progress slowly. Which im ok with. I noticed improved run times and I am already lifting slightly heavier weights. I am taking one dose per day.
