This was the first time I’d tried BFR and it works well. The device holds the air pressure with no leaks. Highly recommend for BFR training

BFR is a game changer for anyone with knee joint issues that wants to work out harder without the pressure on the joints. Both my knee and back doc are all for it. These bands worked for about 6 months 14 times, then it became difficult to attach the pump. Once I got the attachment working the pump itself stopped working. My advice is to buy a better brand.

Great product but some information on how its used should be included. If you don't know anything about it or your LOP you have to google it yourself.
