Took some time to put together but now I am I love

Im ashamed to say it took me almost 4 hours to put this thing together...partly because I put 2 of the shelves on wrong and had to take it part and also.... the drill holes are not as good as they should be, either not as deep or misaligned (where the lock goes) but now that all is said and done.... I like it. Glad I only have to put it together one time. I eneded up buying a cheap drill to help me out and it started moving a bit quicker.

Everything was just as pictured.

Looks great, exactly as shown. Easy enough to put together. I ended up putting the side bag on the side of the filing cabinet, which works great, but I needed one additional longer bolt to get it to work (had one left over from another piece of furniture, luckily).My main feedback is that the power block juts out of the back of the cabinet and it has the power cord come out of the back instead of of the side of the block, so you have to bend it hard when putting it up against a wall. Would be better if it came out of a side. In addition, the LED lighting kit included is USB powered, and it would be nice to have a USB plug available in the back of the power block so that you can plug it in without running it around to the front (or have to run it off a separate USB power, especially when it's a really short cable).

I purchased this item for a home office. For the price, I’m generally pleased.The item arrived well packaged and undamaged. All parts were labeled with an easy-to-remove sticker. Assembly hardware was pre-sorted in labeled packages. Assembly tools were included.Assembly instructions were generally clear and easy to follow. The unit can be assembled with the file cabinet to the left or right of the shelf, but the instructions for shelf-right option omit a few steps, like attaching the plastic feet to the metal frame and securing the upper and lower frame pieces with bolts.Successful assembly requires carefully checking the instruction diagrams for proper orientation of parts. Make sure hole patterns exactly match those depicted before attaching pieces or you’ll need to do some backtracking later.I encountered a few instances where holes weren’t properly drilled. I drilled my own holes and completed the assembly without further issue.Expect to spend a couple hours on assembly. I was able to complete the assembly alone, but a second person will speed things up and make the process easier. You should even be able to work with your spouse or partner without risking divorce or breakup because it’s all pretty straightforward and low-stress.Overall, I’d recommend this product.

It takes a while to put together, especially with hand tools, but the result is pretty well worth it. I got this as a workstation for my home office, and it works great for that purpose. The locking function works fine, the cabinet space is adjustable for different folder sizes, and the LEDs complete the clean look. The instructions are mostly easy to follow, though I did have to backtrack a couple times. One of the USB ports in the power strip is also taken up by the LED strips, so there’s a slight reduction in what's available to use. Overall I really like it, and I expect it to stand up nicely for a while.

Nice solid and sturdy. Assembly was somewhat easy being a senior I was the only one putting this thing together. I love it with the lights in the back of cabinet. It's beautiful.
