I’m genuinely impressed with the flavour profile of these FitnesSHOCK bars. The Lemon Chia Pannacotta is bright and tangy, with a high-quality white chocolate coating that isn't overly sweet. It actually feels like a dessert rather than a 'functional' snack. The texture is soft and cake-like, and the chia seeds add a nice subtle crunch. It’s an incredibly easy way to satisfy a sweet craving while getting 12g of protein and 5g of collagen. A very sophisticated snack for anyone tired of the same old flavours.

I have bought these a few times but this last batch didn’t have a strong flavour like before. They have also got really expensive

Taste great for what they are. 20g of protein for only 170 calories and taste good. Can’t get any better

I recently tried the FitnesSHOCK High Protein Bars in the Apple Pie and Cinnamon flavour, and I have to say, I'm impressed! These bars are not only delicious, but they also pack a solid nutritional punch. The flavor is spot-on, with the sweet, warm notes of apple pie perfectly balanced with just the right amount of cinnamon. It’s like having dessert, but without the guilt! the texture is chewy, not too dry, and it doesn’t feel overly processed like some protein bars can. What I love most is that they don’t have that weird aftertaste that some protein bars tend to leave behind. If you're looking for a healthier alternative to satisfy your sweet tooth while getting in some quality protein, these bars are definitely worth trying.

Was very underwhelmed by these. You do get a fresh raspberry taste, but ZERO pistachio. It’s chalky - obviously loads of protein powder. Which is guess is probably the norm for these protein bars. I bought these because I usually get the Fitness Shock candy bars (that are super high in fiber and taste like quite good knock-off Snickers and Bounty), but they’re sold out. This was NOT a good substitute - doesn’t quite satisfy the sweet tooth. This company is also Russian, which I’m mot thrilled with. The other product I get is just so darned good, and I cannot find anything else comparable, so I buy them. Won’t be giving Russia money for these again.

My husband and I are away looking for high protein snacks to have around going to the gym. We were very happy to find these. I found the size to be perfect for me and gave me the boost that I needed without being too much. The chocolate coating is tasty and adds a nice sweet element on top of the core flavour of the bar. The texture is chewy but in a good way. They are great as a quick and easy snack knowing that you’re getting 12g of protein per bar. We are looking forward to trying the other flavours next to find my favourites
