1.App doesn’t work and useless 2. It just throws in the powder and then adds water, lots of bubbles are created 3. Needs to be cleaned every 4 uses 4. Water tank is so useless, if you take it out to fill the water starts dripping. Very messy

Great purchase that allows us to prepare a bottle fast and with consistent temperature each time. Our little one would scream while waiting for heater that were often inconsistent or didn't heat properly. We honestly don't use the app much, but handy to have the option! It's great to determine the correct formula setting! Make sure to properly clean the funnel every four bottles and wipe the dispenser to make sure that the amount dispenses correctly, but other than that so easy quick and convenient!!

De plus la nuit , à son réveil, il peuvent la programmer de leur chambre pour que la préparation du lait se fasse seul et il reste juste à aller chercher le biberon pour le donner au bébé. Je recommande ce chauffe biberon.

This was initially a useful product, particularly as the wifi version had the milk ready when I brought our baby to her feeding area. The machine worked well but then experienced a major error after four weeks of use that required it be replaced. It was a little concerning that it seemed like there was a known issue with the machine. The process of getting a replacement was a little taxing with a few hoops to jump through (they do not offer refunds on the product once the machine has been used), but eventually we were able to have a replacement sent to us. Unfortunately, our replacement won’t connect to the app via wifi. It seems like the product support is outsourced in Canada by Baby Breeza as the numbers to call and emails seemed like they were through a different company. I was unsuccessful in getting support over the phone, but the email support was prompt. Overall, I can’t recommend the product. The non-wifi device may work better, but this particular device broke down requiring a full replacement after just 4 weeks and then the the wifi function didn’t work on the replacement (which is a common concern, the Apple AppStore rating is low because of the this).
