We love this rack! Fits both our Lectric 3.0 E-bikes perfectly. The ramp is a lifesaver for getting the bikes on the rack without having to lift. It is very well made, sturdy, and bonus it looks great. All the straps are perfectly placed and secure well. It’s heavy but that’s a good thing. We use it on the back of our class C motorhome. We’ve traveled many many miles with no issues. We expected that it might be loud while driving but not at all. Was easy to put together and install. The instructions seemed fairly clear although we got stuck on one part. It was actually easy to put together once we watched a YouTube video. We did also purchase a cover for the bikes which fits well over both bikes and the rack.

Extremely satisfied with this bike rack for two Rad fat tire e-bikes! Just took it on its first trip of 800 miles. Performed perfectly, no rattling or any other issue. Extremely easy to load and unload with the included ramp! We have a 2024 Jeep Wrangler so it was necessary to purchase an extender for our hitch to provide clearance from the spare tire. The rear door will not open very far but enough clearance to access the back area. One caveat, we did not ensure the clamp that holds the bike on the vertical post was securely tightened when the bikes were off the rack (post was in a horizontal position and the clamp shimmied off the rack while driving and was lost) so be sure to tighten it down! Able to use a towel and bungee to fasten the bike to the post for the return trip and again the rack performed perfectly. I contacted the seller about purchasing a replacement and received a response within 24 hours! Excellent customer service and I highly recommend both the rack and the seller. This rack is well made, sturdy and heavy enough to ensure stability on the highway at high speeds! I very rarely give a product 5 stars but well deserved for this bike rack!

This is a nice bike rack for our e bikes. They load easily with the included ramp. They also hold the bikes very securely. Take a bit of time for the initial assembly, but the directions are simple to follow. There is one issue that kept it from being perfect. IT IS VERY HEAVY! This rack is very heavy duty. It has to be to hold two 80lb e bikes securely. Overall, if you’re looking for a rack that is easy to use and holds your bikes without worry. This is the one.

8/2024 Update.. Just used on 400 mile round trip with both bikes on rack. Could not be happier with this product. Yes it is heavy however, the reason is that it is made out of real steel, bent & welded. The ebikes are heavy and the ramp makes it easy for us, seniors, to load and unload. When bikes not on car, it folds up against the gate. I look at other racks which are lighter, see the wobble and appreciate this purchase. Do it!!!! No regrets here! Replaced a 3 year old Saris bike rack as that rack was same $$, but not as solid. We travel 3000+ miles a year with bikes loaded on our SUV and they are heavy E-Bikes. As seniors, loading was a challenge to point we stopped taking our bikes on short runs if we needed to transport the on the SUV, as just to much of a burdeon to load and unload. This is a heavy, well constructed rack, that took 1.5 hours to assemble with a ramp. We no longer have to wrestle our bikes onto the rack and once the mountings are adjusted is a snap to load/ unload as the optional ramp allows us to just push bikes up with NO lifting. Fully adjustable for any bike and with its weight rating, we are well under its limits, unlike our Saris where we were at its limits. Rack sits high so no worry on tail drag on driveway or other approaches. Expect it to provide us with long service. The only 2 improvements I would make are, to have a sinch lever / bolt to expand inside the SUV reciever from rack to stabilize & get all wobble out in addition to the existing bolt that holds rack to hitch. The second change, instead of paint, I would powder coat for extended outdoor durability. Just be aware it is a heavy rack however, it is very solid with quality steel and welds which is why the weight. Happy with purchase!

Easy to assemble with 17 and 24mm sockets and wrenches. Build it on the hitch. After assembly it's easy to lift on and off the hitch when it is in the folded up position. Hauled two 20" fat tire e-bikes from New York to Florida Keys 70-85MPH and no issues. Solid. Would recommend.

Good quality construction and easy assembly are my top two likes! It is solid and sits very still in the receiver, even when loaded. My only draw back is that the ramp fits loosely in the end of the rack and rattles a bit, but functions great. As far as assembly goes, I have added a pic, step 3 is to bolt the bike tracks to the arm with two bolts. At this point you need to also add the pin for the ramp to the bolt on the outside track. Otherwise you will have completed assembly before the instructions tell you to add this item.

It's heavier than we anticipated. Very solid tho. Not difficult to assemble although instructions could be more detailed. Haven't used yet although it looks very easy to load e-bikes.

An excellent bike rack for e-bikes. Some e-bikes are very heavy and a rack that holds bikes up to 100 lbs. each bike accommodates almost all e-bikes. The included ramp works well for getting heavy e-bikes on and off the rack. (the ramp attaches to the rack when not in use) Just make sure to align the ramp and bike properly. Another feature I like is the separate arms that hold the bikes individually. Since I use step through bikes, I can attach the arms to my seat posts where on my old rack I needed to get an adapter bridging the seat post to the handle bars. The only hassle is attaching the rack to the car. Since the pin is threaded, I have to get down on the ground and spend minutes with a ratchet securing the rack to the hitch. I am 72 years old and it isn't easy getting up and down. LOL. But it eliminates any wiggle and is super secure so I don't take the rack on and off much. When comparing price to other racks, this is priced very well. Some racks are hundreds more and don't provide anything better. I found it easy to assemble with a few tools and took less than a hour by myself. The rack is heavy but what do you expect from a rack holding 200 lbs.? I believe that this rack comes for a single bike model too. I really like this rack and you will too if you have an e-bike.
