Amazing customer service!!!
I purchased a Vonci 500 W stick blender for my restaurant. It worked great for around 8 months of very heavy and demanding use.I emailed Vonci customer service about the problem and was quickly contacted by Jack Jia who offered amazing customer service! He requested I send a picture of my original Amazon purchase order, a video showing the unit plugged in and not working as well as a pic of the model/serial number sticker on the side of the the blender motor.Two days later I received an email for Jack Jia stating they would ship me a brand new blender stuck! WOW!!! All I can say is I am extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Jack Jia and will be a loyal Vonci customer going forward.

Very powerful
I bought this for my soap making business and the motor Han handle even thick batters. The handle design is very easy to hold and the shaft detaches for cleaning easily.

La conecte y hecho chispas! Y nunca prendio! Lastimosamente reclame y no envian reemplazo!!! Hacen devolucion del dinero pero dicen que en 30 dias!!! Aparte me toca pagar fletes a estados unidos y me los devuelven mas adelante despues del primer reembolso! Compre al tiempo un accesorio y este para enviarlo costaria mas el flete! Un asesor dice que no lo puedo enviar porque fue un pedido aparte!! No es justo que me toque pagar fletes ni haya un cambio del producto y el tiempo de reembolso es muy alto! Quede muy triste y recomiendo no comprar mas en esta tienda! No tiene buen reespaldo! Los acabos del metal son malos!

Not as smooth a puree as I'd like.
This simply doesn't get my tomato soup as smooth as I'm used to seeing. I leave it in on high for 10 minutes but it's still pretty gritty.Probably great for most uses. Not as strong a puree as I'd like.Update: one year later I'm buying a more expensive brand. This one can't get a soup smooth.

Great machine
Bought this for sauce Making in a commercial setting. It works great and so far no complaints. I did purchase the extended warranty so at least we r covered for 3 years.
