Great vitamins! No weired after taste! Love the bottle!

Have been using these particular capsules now for a few months and they seem to work better than other brands for me. Definitely noticed my nails getting stronger and my hair not breaking off in my brush as often. They are a good value of the money and my skin health seems to be improving - but after only two months time will tell.

Was very surprised with this product. I noticed a change in my hair and nails just after a few weeks. No bad after taste and easy to swallow. Will be buying again

You need to remove the product from the capsule, there is a lot of plastic surrounding the vitamins within itself. I could feel the pill get stuck in my chest two times. They're easy to open, I put some in my favorite juice, stirred and feel amazing.I have been on a skin journey for the last few months and feel these have been a phenomenal addition to my collection. I have noticed a difference within the last week. My skin is more supple and is holding on to more moisture which is obviously ideal.

I took these for 3 months. I only took 2 a day, rather than the recommended dose of 4. I got these to help my skin (hoping for more supple and glowey skin), but they didn't seem to do much for that. They did however help my hair grow! Everyone at work noticed my hair growing like crazy.

I don't see it working

Started using last year and since have purchased other supplements from same line.Only issue is the bottle is so big for so few pills
