I recently purchased this Vertuo Pods Refill Kit, and I couldn’t be more pleased! The kit includes 100 aluminum foil lids that are sturdy, easy to apply, and seal the pods well without any fuss. The lid remover tool is a huge help—makes taking off the old seal quick and clean, with no risk of damaging the pod or the machine. The process does take a bit of effort—grinding the coffee, filling the pods, sealing them, and cleaning up afterward—but once you get the hang of it, it’s a breeze. It usually takes me less than 15 minutes to refill about 8 to 10 pods from start to finish. Plus, the coffee it delivers is just as tasty as when using the original Nespresso pods, which is a huge bonus! You really get the same quality coffee, but for a fraction of the cost.I really appreciate the included pod holder and cleaning brush. The holder keeps everything organized and makes refilling easier, especially when prepping several pods at once. Just a small note: the holder doesn’t accommodate the XL-size Vertuo pods, but it works perfectly for the standard sizes. Overall, this is a well-thought-out kit that makes reusing Vertuo pods simple, cost-effective, and much more sustainable. It delivers delicious, flavorful coffee, and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to reduce waste without sacrificing taste!

These work well - I am very happy with the results, but you get out of it what you put into it. Just make sure that you DO NOT pack the grinds tightly into the capsule, otherwise you will likely have leakage and maybe even have the machine malfunction (it won't break the machine, but it could make a mess.) ALSO: Make sure the you tightly seal the foil lid onto the pod. After you accurately line up the foil lid correctly (there is a lip on the base of this kit that aids you tremendously in making the alignment), you use the cap (the flip side of the tamper) of this kit to press down tightly and seal the foil lid onto the pod. 90% of the time the seal is tight enough to work properly, but occasionally it won't be tight enough and will leak. I found that to ensure a practically 100% no leak seal, if I also take one additional last step - if you take something like the wooden handle rounded end of the brush that comes with the kit, and use it by running it around the outer edge of the foil lid where it sticks to the pod (pressing hard while doing so) to really make sure the foil lid is very tightly sealed to the pod, your pod will work just like an original new Nespresso pod and it won't leak.Originally I bought this kit for two reasons: 1) to save money. and 2) to makes pods using various other coffees that I like in my machine. Just be aware, that in saving money it takes time to to effort to empty, clean, and to refill the pods. So, you are saving cash, but you are paying the difference with your time and effort (ie, sweat equity) and the time and effort you spend is not a very small amount. Re-read what I said above in the steps you need to take to assure that your re-filled pods will work properly and just like a new Nespresso pod. I spend 1-1/2 hours each week refilling pods for the next weeks worth of brews. That's a pretty big offset versus the money you save and convenience you forego. After awhile you may not find the savings worth the time spent, I do this as a hobby, so I don't mind. Also. l really like using certain brands of coffee to make pods to use in my machine. So, I'm not really doing it to save money. Further, I also really like some of the selections and the high quality of the coffees offered by Nespresso,. I still buy many different sleeves of new Nespresso pods as well as refilling pods with other brands off coffee. Mayby like 50 / 50, I get the best of both worlds!!

I’ve tried like 4 different types of these resealable pod mechanisms. This one did an alright job, relatively easy to use. The lids do need to be pushed down a bit more to keep the seal tight, and wrap under the lip slightly if you can. The brush was a super helpful touch, I can clear the rim of any grounds before I place the lid on.

Absolutely thrilled with this set! It contains everything you need to refill your Nespresso Vertuo pods! We purchased a very reasonably priced hazelnut coffee on Amazon, and now we are making our own pods for .60 each instead of buying them from Nespresso for $1.25 each!One part of the set is a round disk with a perfectly placed small sharp razor. You twist the old pod around and it perfectly removes the old foil. Then you rinse and dry the pod and put it in the other part of the set which is designed to hold the pod for filling and placing the foil. We use a ½ tablespoon measuring spoon and fill each pod with a total of 4 scoops (two tablespoons of coffee). Then you take one of the included foils and peel off the backing. Hold it by the tab and position it so it aligns with the plastic guide on the left and press your finger around the edges. Then you use the last piece of this set — this piece has a small round piece protruding on one side and we initially thought this was the side to twist on top of our pod to seal the edges and it worked, but it didn’t look like the Nespresso pods. Then we realized you are supposed to use the underside of this piece. You twist this on top of the Nespresso pod and the result is a pod that looks just like the Nespresso pods! We have used all the foils in the package and bought another set of foils on Amazon that were 100 for $7.99. So happy to have found this set! It also includes a perfect tiny brush that you can use to clean around the edges of the pod before you place the foil in case you got any coffee grounds on the edges when filling the pods! I don’t understand how anyone could rate this less than five stars! It’s one of the BEST purchases I have made all year, and now we are saving so much money while still enjoying great coffee and espresso in our Nespresso machine!

This kits works wonderfully! A must if you gave a nesspresso machine. You can save previous pods and refill with tge coffee of your choice. I love this kit. Easy to use and of good quality. Don't hesitate to buy. It works well and saves money.
