Love this tea, great for menstrual cycle. I track my ovulation and while I was taking it my period always came on time. I LOVE the taste of spearmint so I drank it 2x daily. Not sure if this is what got me preggo, but I was taking this and tried to prevent pregnancy with a plan B pill and it didn’t work. So idk if this had anything to do with it.P.S. I started taking it to help control my cystic back acne and I do think it helped, along with salicylic acne spray and some benzoyl peroxide cream.

I really like the taste of this tea. I drink it at night to help reduce my facial hair (high testosterone from PCOS) and I really do notice a difference when I drink it consistently.

The media could not be loaded. I heard spearmint was great forward PCOS so I grabbed these after reading reviews of a few different ones. Love that it's organic but for me it's the quality also. The tea bags don't tear easily like some brands, and it definitely is a better quality tea. Strong aromatics as soon as you open the packet. ...if only smell-o-vision existed!Great for an upset tum-tum, or to wind down at the end of a long day. And PCOS ladies... It helps with hirsutism, two cups a day, drink up!

I’ve been drinking spearmint tea for a while now, and I have to say these tea bags are fantastic! The flavor is incredibly refreshing and not too overpowering, which makes it perfect for any time of the day. It has just the right balance of minty goodness with a slight sweetness that’s so soothing. Also, works wonders for my PCOS which was the main reason for purchase.
