This wok is a large and well-made pan. For overall construction I give it 5 stars; the materials and craftsmanship are solid. It is also very large at 14” diameter. Compared to my other woks of 10” and 12”, those extra couple of inches really add a great deal of room and I can easily cook plenty for family and friends. So far, the non-stick surface is doing well and releases food readily. Clean up is quick and simple.Why only 4 stars? These are more personal preference concerns and not faults, but the usefulness of the product is still lower for me. While the materials are great, I do wish that it had a slightly thicker and heavier bottom. The aluminum is generally even throughout the pan and I prefer a heavier base to provide a greater heat sink. The other issue, for me, are the two side handles. They are well insulated and work nicely when I am able to use both hands. But, I prefer woks with a long handle so that I can manipulate the pan with one hand while using a spatula with the other. With this size of pan, weight might become an issue, but then a long handle on one side and a small handle on the other would provide the most flexibility for multiple methods. Overall, it’s still a quality wok that works very well.

This thing is amazing! First off, the quality is top tier. It’s got some weight to it and it just feels expensive. I really love the contrast of the light exterior with the dark interior. As for functionality, it heats up quick and cooks evenly. I like to meal prep and this wok has honestly made my life so much easier, since it’s large enough that I can meal prep an entire week’s worth of meals in it easily. I can just do my bulk cooking and scoop it into containers and be done with it.The best part about it has got to be how easy it is to clean, though. I always hate when non-stick cookware is still difficult to clean. That wasn’t the case with this. I made sure to let the pan get back down to room temperature before adding any water, since the water can cause micro abrasions (from what I understand) and compromise the non-stick coating. I clean it with some regular dish soap and my smiley sponge and it’s a really quick, hassle free scrub.This wok is perfect!

I dig it. It’s a very large wok which is PERFECT for tossing veggies or chicken in. Perfect for frying noodles and rice. I have to say I slwas actually stunned at how big it was—which also means it doesn’t wash well in the dishwasher. I’m not a fan of handwashing, but it’s not hugely difficult to wash this pan. Non-stick coating enameled aluminum makes it easier. I am worried, however, that this will become a problem after a certain number of uses. I’ve researched enameled aluminum and it is prone to cracking/chipping. I will update after some use. It’s very lightweight and shows it is oven safe up to 400 degrees—which surprises me, given the seemingly rubber/plastic handles, but I’m guessing they may be silicone? Nothing on the packaging or in the description tells me what this material is. More evenly and quickly dispensed heat makes cooking much easier and faster. Very nice pan, if you make a few accommodations for it.

Very easy got scratched. Just use 2 times and light scratches show up already. Honestly, It is good for fire eggs…. Only.

The Rachael Ray Cook + Create Nonstick Wok Pan is a decent piece! I really like it, especially the fact that the wok handles have extra silicone grip and this way I don't burn my fingers! This is an important feature for me. The pan is light yet sturdy and what surprises me so far, that the surface doesn't get scratched as easily as I thought. I have cooked multiple times in it and the wok performs very well! I clean it manually - afraid to put it in the dishwasher, since all my woks got killed there. It still looks beautiful as on the first day. I am very happy with this purchase, but will update if it changes.
