Pacco rovinato, schiacciato da un lato. Se Amazon investisse di più sul servizio di consegna, pagando meglio i trasportatori e non spremendoli come limoni, forse anche la qualita del lavoro di consegna migliorerebbe. Lo sfruttamento dei lavoratori non porta mai benefici, a lungo termine.
