I unfortunately couldn’t give this top marks as the plug sparked and blew on me when I first plugged it in and tripped the electrics. But I returned and got a refund with no problem at all. So please don’t let this deter you, it looked very good.

This back massager is fantastic! The shiatsu massage nodes provide a deep and relaxing massage, and the memory foam cushion is comfortable and supportive. The graphene heat function adds extra warmth and comfort. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to relieve back pain and tension.

The cushion is lumpy and impossible to sit back on.

Seriously, it's really comfy to use without turning it on. The memory foam construction means it just moulds to me and forces me to sit more upright, which is immediately much better for my back.Of course, turning it on is thew idea.... and when it's on, it provides excellent, soothing relief; with a few different massage modes, and heat levels to really penetrate into the skin and muscles etc - lovely!I've used it for my head/neck also and again, it's very effective, especially after a long drive or long day at work.The quality is really nice, and the cover can be removed and washes nicely too.Highly recommended!
