My optometrist carries this line of eye care products. I use the gentle cleansing gel every day on my eyelids and my face. This makeup remover was something the doctor recommended for removing eye makeup. It works on mascara removal, which can be difficult to achieve while also not over-drying sensitive eyelid skin. I use organic cotton rounds and the Optase makeup remover and gently wipe the eyelid area until the mascara breaks down and I can wipe it away. The ingredients are effective, yet feel soothing to the skin. They're not drying. It's an easy process, without extra steps required. There is no discernable fragrance. One bottle lasts months for me. Removing mascara used to be a big chore. With this gentle liquid, it's a much easier step to skin care at the end of the day.

So gentle on my eyes but cleans away my waterproof mascara easily. I have eczema on my eyelids and this is non-irritating. Perfect price point. Will buy again.

I'm always suspect of products that seem too good to be true, but this one actually does exactly as advertised. And it does so without leaving your eye area greasy/oily or irritated. I've actually used it on my face after using another product to remove cosmetics and yep, this product found residue the other left behind. If you try it, I'm thinking you will do as I have done...keep it in reach for routine eye makeup removal.

I originally bought this after seeing an optometrist recommend it as a gentler alternative to traditional makeup removers and micellar waters, and I’m really glad I gave it a try. I have sensitive eyes, and a lot of makeup removers and wipes tend to burn or irritate them almost immediately. This one does not. It removes makeup effectively without leaving my eyes feeling raw, dry, or stinging afterward, which has honestly been hard for me to find. It feels much gentler and more soothing compared to a lot of the popular makeup removers I’ve tried in the past. I especially appreciate that it works well around the eye area without causing discomfort. The only thing I wish is that they offered this in a pre-soaked wipe version for travel or on-the-go use. I would absolutely buy that because the formula itself has worked so well for me. Right now I just use it with cotton rounds, but wipes would make it even more convenient. If you have sensitive eyes, wear contacts, struggle with irritation from makeup removers, or just want something gentler around the eyes, I definitely think this is worth trying. It’s one of the few eye makeup removers I’ve used that doesn’t leave my eyes burning afterward.

I really like this product. It's gentle, clean ingredients and does the job well. Unfortunately, I have had two instances where the packaging has made the product unusable. The first time the box was damaged during delivery and the liquid was leaking all over. The second box came intact, but the attached cap wouldn't click shut. I felt the liquid wasn't sterile anymore with the top propped open. It was too late to return. Love the actual cleaner, but the packaging needs improvement.

Wonderful for sensitive eyes. A little too pricey for the size, but causes no irritation and leaves behind no residue.
