Better than nothing, and better than a gun on an intruder with a knife from your kitchen
Just bought 2, one for me, one for a family member. But from their website as they were $20 cheaper. I have guns, I'd prefer not to use them on a person. I can't use these within 500 ft. of a house or someone elses building outside, so in the house it is. It's loud, can't hear it at the street but it scared my cats into hiding. A kitty litter container works great, rubber rounds slowly tear it and bounce elsewhere. Only gone through one co2 at this time but it worked fine.

Customer service is terrible
My launcher started leaking while on second cartridge. And it’s impossible to reach customer service. Just a waste of money.
