The pump didn't work but I am using this anyway and I love itFull of safe and healthy ingredients, it lathers up beautifully.Left my hair looking shiny and manageable and I didn't need a conditioner either. Broken bottle
Arrived damaged, was unable to request a replacement. Not great for such a large bottle which was meant to be easy to use for my children , now we have to use it without the pump

This item came defective and they don't allow returns.
The box had a hole on it and was all wet with shampoo coming out (collected from locker), there is a leak in the item and they don't allow returns.
