First time to own a smartwatch. I learned that the Apple Watch has a short battery life, so I wanted to give this a try. I got this watch a week ago, but I only charged it twice (the first time when I opened the box and the second time when the battery went low). Although the picture quality is not great, it is clear enough. I just wish they had more choices for font design (the text notification is hard to read because of the font). I love the app that shows all the data collected on the watch to keep track of my sleep patterns, steps, and fitness. The band is easy to adjust, fits well, and seems durable. I like the subtle color as well. I was going to purchase the screen protection, but it seems it does not get scratched so easily. For the price and the battery life, I believe this watch is worth every penny.

Nice watch, we thought it had blood sugar info like mine, but it doesn't. It was bought for my wife so not too big a problem as she isn't diabetic like I am.

I ordered this watch to help me be more accountable for my own wellness and I didn’t want to spend a fortune on an Apple Watch. It has taken some getting used to and there is a learning curve. Sometimes steps are not counted (pushing a cart at the grocery) and sometimes steps inadvertently are counted (brushing my teeth!?). The heart rate and oxygen saturation parts of the program generally seem to be spot on. The sleep part of the program reflects deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep and awake times. It’s not as accurate as I hoped. I will often go to bed and watch the late shows so am not sleeping for an hour or more but my watch “thinks” I am sleeping. Also, I often have insomnia so am awake for an hour or more during the night and it doesn’t “count” all of that time as awake. Maybe all watches that track sleep perform like this - I don’t know.Despite the issues, overall I’d still recommend this watch as I’m paying closer attention to my health and making sure I get my steps in each day! Oh, and I get about 10-12 days on the battery! Wohoo!

This is my third Fit watch in 4 years. Thought I would try this brand. The watch is a nice size and color, I got the dark blue. I don't use the phone connection at all. It is easy to charge, which is a plus! I like the heart rate, sleep, oxygen reports, they seem accurate. It has many options to pick for various exercise, which is nice. My main complaint is step counting. It's pretty poor at that, a mile on the treadmill registers 340 steps. So I know to add a few more steps to my count at the end of the day. Also, any steps not straight forward, say like side to side steps, don't register correctly. I don't think any Fit band registers those properly. All in all, I like this watch, nice faces, easy to change. Easy to see battery life. Time will tell how long the band holds up.

I purchased this watch in May 2024. About 3 weeks ago, it stopped notifying me of text messages from my contacts although it does notify me of messages from businesses. I have done everything under the sun to fix this issue with no success. All the other functions work. I am very disappointed in this product. I will throw it away and get another one of a different brand.UPDATE: The company reached out to me and worked with me to solve my issue. The information they garnered was sent to their engineers to use to help solve the issue. The representative was very nice and apologetic. Since I really like everything else about the watch, I will keep using it and hope that a fix is in the near future. Although, if after a few months have passed with no answer, I will have to find a new watch as this issue is very frustrating to me.
