Okay, let me just say—these were a total lifesaver. I grabbed a box of the Lansinoh cooling pads after birth, thinking “eh, can’t hurt.” But wow. I didn’t realize how much I’d need that kind of instant soothing relief. They come pre-made, so no freezing witch hazel pads or DIY padcicles in the middle of newborn chaos (because who has time for that?). You just pop one in the fridge or use it straight from the box and boom—cool comfort for that very sore situation down there. The pad is soft, not bulky, and it actually stays put. Plus, it didn’t irritate my skin at all, which I was worried about because everything felt like it was on fire. I had a second-degree tear, and these helped way more than those little Tucks pads. Honestly, I kept a stash next to my peri bottle and mesh undies. 10/10 would recommend to any new mom. Treat yourself—you just birthed a human.

My first few periods postpartum were heavy as hell. These were great and did not leak and were reasonably comfortable for incredibly long, fairly thin pads.

These are great pads, and I love the multi pack with the two different sizes. My only complaint is that they are very long, and the wings are too far towards the end of the pad to actually work on hugging your panties. So I had to just fold those onto themselves, otherwise love the thinner design while not losing the absorbency.

Worked fine but I wouldn’t freeze these as it personally was too cold for me. They were fine in the fridge. I preferred frida mom’s cooking pads as they were an actual pad in addition to the ice pack.
