Amazing support from Edusquadz team
Even if you purchase from amazon, the edusquadz will be the seller and they will contact you. For me they created a whatsapp group with a technical customer service team and assisted with installation and operation. I had trouble with my computer software. It could not access video feed from camera. Their technical team connected over video call and helped me sort out. I am very glad. I hope the device functions properly.
