My husband says that Gold Toe socks are the best! He has been wearing them for years. They fit well and wash well. They have a comfortable band at the top and seem to last the longest without getting thin. The blue have a touch of colored stitching on the toe area to help distinguish blue from black which helps. Will keep buying.

I really like them style of socks, especially wearing them with my Boston clogs and loafers. Perfect mid-calf length and thickness. The socks are comfortable fit, but a little loose.

Gold Toe Hamptons have been my favorite socks for over 30 years. They fit perfectly so they work well with dress shoes or business casual attire. The wider rib even makes these versatile socks look good with sneakers. I'm a very fast walker which causes most crew style dress socks to slide down and bunch up. These socks never slide down so I even wear them with low cut boots. With 76% cotton they're more comfortable than most dress socks and they continue to get softer with age. They will, however, fade over the years but I've never had a single hole or worn spot. NOTE: Avoid the Hampton style made with 32% Rayon! They were sold under the same style # and appear identical to the original cotton/nylon Hamptons but they do not hold their shape and they slide down after the first washing. You'll also have a hole in them long before they start to fade.

These socks feel comfortable albeit a little warm for Hawai'i. Taking into account that I only received them about 2 months ago,the quality seem decent so far. No loose threads or thin spots. They neither choke the calf, nor droop. These are medium weight socks, between thin dress socks and thicker hiking socks, probably a little thinner than most athletic socks. The colors seem pretty close to what my laptop showed. They do seem to run a little large. If I pull them tight, the heel pocket will extend beyond my heel and up level with the bottom of my ankle bone. (8&1/2 Nike shoes fit me well). However if I do not pull them tight they are elastic enough so that they fit my foot nicely. No bunching in the shoe. These socks also go up the calf a fair amount. If I stand flat footed, the heel of the sock on my heel, they rise up off of the floor 14 to 15 inches. All said, I like them more than not, and ordered another pack.

I ordered 2 sets of solid color socks with 3 pair of socks per set. I've ordered these before and really like them, sturdy and somewhat heavy, good for cool weather. This time I received 6 pair of striped socks which are light weight, good for summer. I'm keeping them because I really like the stripes and cool weather should be abating any day now. But I would much much rather actually receive what I order. Booo on Amazon.

Calcetines cómodos, frescos y bonitos, pero son para personas de pies bastante grandes. Calzo zapatos del 9.5 en México o del 10.5 en Estados Unidos, por lo que solicité la talla 6-12. Me quedaron un poco largos de la planta del pié. No me afectó porque los uso para dormir, pero, cuidado con la talla para quienes los vayan a usar durante todo el día.

Der Titel sagt aus, was ich grundsätzlich über Gold Toe Socks denke. Leider außerhalb der USA kaum zu erhalten. Die Amazon-Bestellung kam dann auch aus den Staaten und brauchte ~14 Tage (wobei sie schneller eintraf als angekündigt). Einzig zu beachten: Es handelt sich hier um eine Standardgröße, d.h. bei kleinen (Männer-)Füßen fallen die Socken etwas groß aus.

I ordered 6 pairs rs of gold toes socks but when it arrived I was disappointed. It was thinner than the last time I ordered. The length was longer.
