Great grip
Great for ninja! We use the red on speed/flow courses and green on endurance/challenge courses. Usually only need one application, maybe 2 if we are at the gym for an hour or more. Excellent product.

Grippy for poles
The product is great! It's very grippy when using it and a little goes a long way. Although, I'd recommend not putting this on your legs instead of your hands. It makes your hands stick to the pole and hard to shift it to other hand positions. It also makes my hands sweat like crazy and it begins to slip.

Spend that Money, Honey
The BEST grip spur someone like me that suffers from grip issues (carpal tunnel). It always me to grip the pole. I barely slide, if at all. I'm it's a little too grippy for my other grip points but I'm sure if I needed too, I could use it anywhere. It always goes on clear so nothing to see if you're dark like me, unlike chalk.Definitely with the money for the amount that you get. Although I'm an instructor and go through more than the arrange person, a little goes a long way and lasts through any weather.Been using it for years.

Grip aid for learning hard pole tricks
Very sticky grip aid for pole dancing. I have been using it to improve handsprings. It smells nice and washes off easily with soap and water.

Good product
I use this when performing or doing a long combo. I like to use it in my body (back of knees, legs), rather than my hands. For hand grip, I prefer Dry Hands.

Use for pole
I use this for pole dance. It's not good for regular use cause it's too sticky & prevents my hands from sliding & adjusting when necessary, but I use it for practicing certain moves where I need the grip & know I won't need to readjust my hands.
