Makes perfect thin n crispy gf pizza crust.75g flour85g water1g saltStir then knead the dough brieflyAllow to sit for 10 minsRoll into a ball and the squash the ball onto a lightly floured surface.If dough cracks it’s too dry, add a little water.If dough is sticky, add a little flour.Roll out evenly until around 3mm thick 1/8 inch.Bake for 10 mins at 180°c or until light goldenthen flip over, bake for a further 5-10mins.Remove from oven, allow to cool and then top with your favourite toppings and bake in the oven or pizza oven until doneEnjoy
