Spraying this on the soles of my basketball shoes helps prevent them from slipping or sliding on the court, but I was disappointed that the spray does not last long, meaning I need to spray the sole several times when playing basketball. I will keep the product as it does work. Just wish it lasted the whole couple hours I'm on the court.
