Excellent service.
The dealer did a very good job. I would use them again. I like the hot spot it is working really well.

Not worth it.
the battery is weak and the signal strength is very poor. I think it is one of the worst of hotspots to buy. I guess you get what you pay for.

Works great easy set up
This works great and is far cheaper than purchasing through AT&T

Not too shabby (prepaid pSIM)
Purchased the devices here (On Amazon) and the pSIM from AT&T prepaid. Threw the pSIM in the device, bought a 15GB/mo DATA ONLY plan and things were smooth sailing. Only confusion for me was that I live in a larger city and I have yet to see the 5G symbol show up on the device. I have only seen the 4G LTE at max. Despite this, I was able to hit 124 Mbps on a speed-test which surpasses the 4G LTE threshold on the plans facts chart (53-304 Mbps (5G) 12-78 Mbps (4G LTE)).

You need to already have an active sim or take theirs to an att shop to start
Easy. insert sim from old att hotspot to new and it works perfectly. good signal capture 5G+ where avail from mountains of NC to Myrtle beach sc... streamed sirius xm all along the way... use it for RV and a backup to network when home

Great for a hotspot or as main source of internet
Came brand new in the original AT&T packaging and works amazing! Me and my husband run 2 tvs, both phones and our computer on this hotspot and it runs fast with no issues! To add we live in the country and don’t get traditional internet out here and this has been a godsend for us! Definitely worth the money!

Works great !
Very impressive. Works much better than the AT&T that just quit me. It can also be used as a battery pack as well !
