not work properly…
the plastic inside made were easy to crack.. the handle shutoff were not properly tested… i return and got a different one.. but it doesn’t function very well.. to lazy to return it again, so i just keep because i need one for top counter and it can hook to water line…

About two months after purchasing the hot water turned brown.
After about two months the hot water turned brown. After 13 months the cold and neutral water came out brown. I cannot find replacement filters. (I have bought two two of these desktop water coolers and heaters before from a different manufacturer on Amazon. They both lasted approximately one year. Hoped this one lasted longer. It did not,)
